Dr. Rothman received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.  He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, and went on to complete his Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship training at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s/West.  During fellowship, he developed a passion for medical education, with ongoing areas of interest including goal-directed ultrasound and simulation-based learning.
